The Word of God is taught in Biblically-based Christian Education programs
CHILDREN
Sunday School for children is provided during the worship hour. Children attend the beginning of the worship service, which begins at 9:30am, and then leave around 9:45am for a specific lesson designed uniquely for them. The focus is teaching the Bible on their level, leading them to grow in self-understanding as Christians and to put faith in action.
ADULT
Adult Bible Study, led by Pastor Paul, meets Sunday mornings 9:30-10:30am in the Conference Room prior to the Sunday worship service.
WOMEN
The Women’s Fellowship and Bible Study meets the first Thursday of each month, September-June, from 9:30-11:00am, in the Church Parlor. Their purpose is to nurture faith through prayer and Bible study.
They also support several local and worldwide missions including (locally): Pathways of Hope, National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI), St. Andrew’s Kitchen, and Women’s Transitional Living Center; and worldwide missions through the following Presbytery-sponsored offerings: Fellowship of the least coin, Thanks offering, Birthday offering, Special giving.
